The Luxe Noir Collaborative: HBCUs, Careers, Culture, and Connection Summit

Coming 2026

The premier two-day gathering of students, diplomats, creatives, and professionals dedicated to advancing global Black excellence.

Held in Washington, D.C., this summit reconnects legacy with future, deepens Africa-Diaspora relations, expands global opportunity, and amplifies the visibility of young professionals of African descent.

More than a career fair or cultural celebration, the Luxe Noir Summit is a strategic convening that centers on Black brilliance, reclaims narrative authority, and honors Black contributions across time and space. Through programming rooted in Black narratology, we illuminate the stories, symbols, and intellectual traditions that have shaped and will continue to shape global Black identity.

Four Pillars. One Vision.

Africa-Diaspora Relations: Forge transformative partnerships between HBCUs, African and Caribbean embassies, multilateral institutions, and global Diaspora communities. Strengthen cross-border collaboration in education, diplomacy, and leadership.

Access to Opportunity: Connect Black students and professionals to career pathways, economic mobility, and global leadership roles. Provide access to critical tools, mentorship, networking, fellowships, skill-building, and professional networks that expand their capacity to thrive in high-impact spaces across sectors and borders.

Visibility: Center and celebrate Black professionals' voices, scholarship, and achievements, past, present, and future. Ensure Black excellence is recognized, valued, and positioned for influence in global arenas.

Black Narratology: Elevate Black-centered storytelling, cultural memory, and knowledge creation. Honor how Black communities across the Diaspora shape and share their narratives, defining their identity, reclaiming power, and advancing liberation.
